Over the last 3 years, its been a rollercoaster of emotions and changes. Becoming a single parent, going back to school and completing my masters degree, falling in love, and becoming confident in who I am at this stage of my life.
I have always had a passion for fashion, wellness, home decor, and helping others. Welcome to my creative outlet. I am so excited for you to be here and be on this journey together!
I was born & raised in Idaho and always knew I wasn’t meant to do just one thing. I have worked in the medical field for 3 years as a Certified Nurse Assistant and also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science of Dietetics. After being denied an interview into Physician Assistant school and finding out I was pregnant, I had a lot to figure out for my future. Before going on maternity leave, I had the opportunity to learn about medical coding. While home with my new baby, I became a certified professional coder.
In 2020, I became a mom to Beckham Ace Melanese. It was a piece to my life puzzle that I didn’t know was missing. I have gained insurmountable strength in my role and I am forever grateful.

I have always been interested in health & fitness especially when I was training to be a college athlete. When I found Tone It Up in 2013, it was the perfect fit and has helped me establish a balanced lifestyle

Tennis has been a part of my life since I was 6 years old. I played in high school, went to college on a scholarship, and periodically teach kids & adults. It’s my favorite form of cardio.

I have always been drawn to home decor & design. I love the creativity behind a new project or design concept of a house. It has always been a dream of mine to start my own studio (maybe one day ;)) Want to redecorate a space, I am your girl!

Although I live in Idaho, I have always loved the beach. The sound of the ocean, the sand between my toes, the smell of salt water, the fresh breeze, the release of all stress. One day, I will live by the beach.
