When I first began my fitness journey, I learned a lot about nutrition. I never knew the importance of consuming protein after a workout and all the benefits that came with it. I love smoothies already, so adding in protein was no big deal. Yes, I am that interesting person who loves green smoothies. My family teases me constantly about how awful they look, but even Beckham will drink it so it can’t be that bad. Here is my fav green smoothie recipe.

My Fav Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp agave honey
- opt. Tone It Up protein
- opt. 1 tsp peanut butter powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Blend and enjoy
