Today, we celebrated Mother’s Day and Beckham’s 4th Birthday. I can’t believe I have a 4-year-old. Despite a few changes I would have made, I am so excited to share all the details with you about Beckham’s All Star Birthday.
For those of you who don’t know, my son is the ultimate sports fanatic! It started with baseball, then blossomed into hockey, and golf, and now it’s all of the above. I wanted to give him the funnest birthday and not go overboard.
Decor
The only balloons that I did were these 8 foot pillars by Pop & Tie. If you are local to East Idaho, then I highly recommend Devyn. She is incredible! We added on the sports balloons for an extra touch. I got the concession stand sign from Etsy and just removed the baseball end pieces. Although, I should have hung the sign higher, I am super pleased with how it all came together.
Food
We stuck with regular concession stand food. Cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and french fries. We did add in some fruit and veggies. Plus, some cracker jacks and peanuts. The cake and cake pops were made local by Sara’s Cake and Cupcakes. The cake topper was custom from Etsy. My grandma also made homemade potato salad.
Activities
Although kids parties are very active and busy already, this particular party wouldn’t have been complete without a family baseball game. Beckham ran and ran and ran. He was on cloud nine the entire day and bless his heart would barely break for water, because he just wanted to keep playing.
