If you would have told me that by summer 2021 I would be a single mom, living back at my mothers house, and about to start graduate school in a few weeks, I would call you crazy. Today, I am taking a minute to reminisce on the best & hardest 3 months, and saying goodbye to summer 2021.

Although this is a highlight reel of all the positive times, I don’t want anyone thinking that there wasn’t tough times. Not pictured are the struggles of healing after leaving a difficult situation and countless tears shed in the shower. After some space and clarity, I am happier than I have been in a long time.

This summer was about healing, taking a deep breath and finally spreading my wings. I feel like I am becoming a whole different version of myself and I love it! This truly is the new beginning! Let the cooler weather, fall fashion and holiday magic begin.
